What did you think of the information you received? I think it is really great and convenient that we have the STARR Search available. That could help me in the future to help me find a part-time job. I also like that the school provides help with creating a resume and does mock interviews, which would be really helpful to me. I will definitely be using these useful resources. I loved the Freshman Checklist-very useful! It’s very important to start gaining experience right away because you will seem more attractive to employers because they will see you as a hard-working person who takes initiative and tries to be ahead of everyone. Also, with this economy, experience is everything! I’m interested in opening my own business, to be honest. I don’t want to work for others because I like to be the one in charge. If I did have to work for a company, I would like to be part of the team that deals with the international affairs. As a freshman, I’m not exactly sure where I could gain experience. If you know how, please let me know! 🙂
