Rubin Museum

My experience to the Rubin Museum of Art was actually unexciting and disappointing. The Museum displayed art of the Himalayans and its surrounding regions, the biggest reason for why it was a disappointment was because I believed this trip was a huge waste of time. Personally, my interests do not lie in art. The art displayed had nothing to do with my culture, not that I mind learning about other cultures but I just feel like an event like this should not be mandatory. I was already hating the experience from the long walk there, by the time I got there I was exactly in a pleasant mood, my mood led to having a terrible experience as nothing seemed interesting. My upcoming psychology midterm was on the back of my head, I was unable to focus on any of the exhibits. I was hungry before the walk to the museum, overall I wished it was not mandatory, the trip there did not improve my cultural knowledge.
