Me

My name’s Tamara, aka the girl who talks way too much about food. I don’t know if I could survive without listening to music daily. Whether it’s on the way to school or when I’m attempting to do homework, music is necessary. It’s impossible to pick only ten songs, but I tried. “Pocketful of Sunshine” and “Keep Your Head Up” are just a couple of the songs that put me in a good mood and make me think positive. ” “Nothing Special” is my go-to angry song. The lyrics get to me every time and I love listening to it when I’m pissed off. It somehow makes me feel better. “Save the Last Dance for Me” is by my future husband, Michael Buble. Just kidding, he’s married, I lost my chance. I love all of his songs because he has the most relaxing voice in the world and listening to him always calms me down. Also, I saw him in concert a week ago and fell even more in love with him! A lot of his songs, especially “Save the Last Dance for Me”, appeal to the hopeless romantic in me. I also have no shame for the Hilary Duff song in here considering she was my childhood idol. (Lizzie McGuire anyone?) I also met her at a book signing two years ago, have all of her CDs, and I still love her…no shame. “Please Don’t Stop the Music” is one of my favorite “dancing in my bedroom on a Friday night while no ones watching” songs. I just always have to dance when I hear this song, can’t help it. I had to include a Simple Plan song because I’ve been listening to them since practically the fourth grade. I’ve always loved their music and their lyrics are perfect. I included “Sweater Weather” because I heard it a couple weeks ago and CANNOT get it out of my head, I’m obsessed. I love everything about this song and hope I don’t get sick of it although I’ve probably been listening to it every day since I first heard it. I hope this playlist gave an accurate description of me, I tried! Basically, I love food, Michael Buble, Hilary Duff, dancing when no ones watching, and I’m extremely clumsy, but no one’s written a song about that yet!
