My Baruch Experience Thus Far

So at the beginning of the semester I really thought I’d budget my money alot better than I actually have been. I thought saving money would be a whole lot easier than it has been as well. Unfortunately, I was so very wrong. The city is ten times more expensive than any other borough (which I knew but didn’t think it would affect me much). I really thought I’d pack lunch everyday and not spend money on food so much. Then I realized I hardly had the time to make/pack lunch for myself and ended up just buying food 80% of the time. I also didn’t realize how long I’d be on campus for. I thought I’d just go to my classes and head back home but after joining a club, staying well past my last class became routine. This made me buy even more food since I was at campus all day long! Basically, all my money went to buying food.
