It didn’t take me long to adjust to the college life here and fortunately I adapt easily; however, it did take me nearly the entire semester to get even remotely comfortable (on a personal level) with Baruch as a school and the city as a whole. I’m glad we have the opportunity to be apart of this block program because without our little freshman seminar group, I’d be very lost right now. I’m glad I chose to come to Baruch because though it takes me a while to get comfy, I know that once I really feel settled in, I will love it. So overall, my experience so far has been pretty good, passable, not bad, etc. Hopefully it will get better as time goes on.
