IC: Why should I even study? I don’t know the material, I’m just going to give up.
IG: If I don’t understand something, I need to work even harder to try and understand the topics in class.

IC: I’m dumb, I don’t know what I’m doing in college.
IG: I belong in college and I’m going to work hard to ensure myself a better future.

IC: I’m going to fail this test, it’s to hard of a topic.
IG: I’m going to stop making excuses, study, and get a good grade on the exam.
