This basically can sum up some of my first few months in Baruch as I’m not exactly good with names and even good friends that I’ve been with for years I will sometimes on the spurge of urgency to tell them something forget their name and blurt out another person’s name while referring to them. I have to say, I sometimes even mistake Kevin’s name with someone else’s and it still is a bit troublesome for me to distinguish between Jake and Jacob but I’ve got that down. Sheyenne and Chanelle is a bit tougher though yet I can say that I will no longer make mistakes distinguishing their names apart from now on. I’m more of a visual person so once I text them and see their name and how it reads out in words I can put a name to them, I just have to imagine the words.
