My first semester at Baruch was very good. I enjoyed all my classes and the material I studied was very interesting. My anthropology class was the most interesting one. It made me think about our society and culture, see the “other” in different perspective, and understand more about our correct economy system. I learned how the US college system works, I learned to write better and improved my oral skills. Math class and English class weren’t very challenging, and I hope i’ll keep that way in my Math final.
My only complain is about the fact that the school doesn’t offer services for evening class students. I believe there should be representative in each department available to assist evening students.
I hope I will enjoy the 2nd semester as I enjoyed this one.
Cheers,
Or Israel W.

I decided to create 9 images gallery that depicts the significant and important things in my life. Those things rather made me who I am today or make my life valuable.
1st: The bible:
I grew up in religious Jewish family in Israel. I find the bible fascinating because I believe that it created rules of morality between human beings. It main purpose in my eyes is to make the world a better place!
2. The flag of Israel:
The flag of Israel and the fact we as Jewish people have our own flag and country is not obvious at all. If you would have asked or describe Israel as is today to Holocaust prisoner he would have thought you to be insane.
The other pictures are important “things” in my life that are to personal for me to post in this blog:
My Family, friends, work, hobbies, health and all of those should nourish satisfaction to my life.
