http://www.coachingmums.com/time-management-2/working-mums-tips-six-ways-to-avoid-getting-overwhelmed-at-work/
I think my picture says it all with how my experience at Baruch saw far has been. OVERWHELMING ! I have never worked so hard on my work inside of school. When they say studying is mandatory and you will work harder than you have before, they were not playing any games. I had so much work this semester and have written over 80 pages of writing from all my classes combined and I am very tired. But i have to remember it is my first semester and as I go along from year to year, it will get harder and harder and I will just have to get used to it and work hard to achieve what I want: MONEY. At times this semester, I had a lot of work to do that I felt like quitting but momma ain’t raise no quitter. And now I am here and there is only 5 days left of my first semester of college then I can rest and reboot for the next semester.
But I wont make it seem like such a bad experience because I have enjoyed myself this semester. I have made new friends and had a lot of fun doing different activities. I wish there were more activities being held at Baruch but i guess the school is mostly about their business and not so much about having fun. But having fun is needed in college because stress can be subsided with fun and can help performance in school. Overall I cant wait till next semester is here so i can have more fun and move on in life #TEAMBARUCH

I don’t know most of the students in the class nor have I even spoken to them, mostly because I am a very shy person. So anyone I blog about I will learn new things about and be very intrigued into what they have posted and how they have described themselves.
Kierra’s blog interested me the most. Her explanation of how the style of music influences the type of person you are is true. If you listen to hard rock all the time compared to country music, you would be some what more energetic than melo and calm. Music helps compare your situation to the artist lyrics’ because they might have went through the same experience and can better explain it through their lyrics.
I found that Kierra’s playlist of music has the same type of music I have in my playlist. The song “Ball” by T.I., is a song I use in my playlist and Kierra has it in hers as well. She also has other songs that I listen to on a daily basis like “Ima Boss”, “Make Me Proud”, “Amen”, “M.I.A.”, “Flatline” and “Should Be You”. These songs that she has in her playlist, I enjoy very well.
She said in her blog, “However, as I got older, I realized listening to music isn’t so bad after all”. I also thought the same thing a couple of years ago till I started to actually listen and think about the lyrics the music was saying to me. I got interested in the lyrics that I was listening too. When Im happy, I enjoy the beat but when I am sad or down, I understand and decipher the music which I find interesting. I enjoyed Kierra’s blog and playlist and Im glad I got to know her better as well.
