I chose a mermaid, because I love the water and going on holidays woth my family my brother and I would get up early to go snorkling and stay in the ocean all day, taking pictures of fish then identifying all the species. I love the water and marine life and feeling like a mermaid. I am also obseesed the sharks, I wanted to get a picture of a mermaid and shark but couldn’t find one.
The second picture is a quote from the movie ‘like crazy’, I am kind of the in the reverse situation ofthe movie in that I left England to come to the US but I like that quote because as much as I miss my life in England, I love it here I couldn’t stay there my whole life.
The third picture is of a festival I go to every summer with my friends. It totally represents my summers in England, we’re so lucky to have a music festival so near us. The camping, music, sun, comedy, poetry, friends, partying and crazy stuff that happens there are my summers.
My dogs. I love my dogs. That picture is them on a walk I used to take them on every morning at a river near my house. I loved going there early in the morning for sun rise and loved that it was just us.
My friend and I loved this quote in high school and at work. I just like it because it’s a good thing to do instead of getting mad at someone.
I love horse riding and used to ride all the time in England. I rode a crazy hoorse that no one else would ride because he would spook and bolt all the time but was really good with me. He is now a lot better and I really miss riding him. I have been riding since I was 7 so thoughht it was important to include this. I chose a picture of the horse and rider in water as they are like my two favourite things. I would really like to do that.
The seventh picture is my best friend and I at a party. We didn’t want to go to a party so baked a cake especially to shove each others faces in at the party to make things more exciting. We are best quite quirky and enjoy do weird stuff.
The last photo I included as at home I worked as a club promoter and Gina Propa Ramshackle was my promotion name. It became an on going joke that she is like an alter ego. In my gap year I spend most of my time working in clubs and had loads of fun so wanted to share that.
