Dutch who

The New Yorkers we are today has to be thanks to the dutch. They didn’t actually stay in power for a long time like other nation but they was the first that came here to settle and make a home. A lot of the things that they experience was the first for any settlers. Not having no one to turn to for help they made due with what they had. Being the first to go out and trade with indians to make a living help showed other settlers that yes we are in a new place but working with others can help benefit you and make living easier. The fur trade that was establish by the Dutch help grow confidence and trust with the native Americans with over turn with other new settlers.
America is a land that was owned by one taken by a next but at the end we won our freedom with the helps of native americas. And by the dutch coming here own minded allowed to change and culture allowed the native American the opportunity to see more than thefts in our eyes. So thanks to the Dutch for being the forefront for settlers after them.
