With nearly an infinite amount of resources, I feel that it would be hard-pressed not to come up with a decent looking website. My idea for a website design would include a website that has information pertaining to every ethnic group which has immigrated to some place and how that immigration has affected that groups surroundings. For example, the homepage would merely have a huge search bar in the middle and the viewer would merely have to search an ethnicity such as Persians or Jews. As for me, I live in a Persian Jewish community called Great Neck. The website would include this information in its findings; it would state that Persians have dispersed from Iran to parts of the United States such as California and Long Island.
My website would also have many visual cues to capture the attention of the viewer. Like the many websites we have seen beforehand, this website would have interesting pictures such as gang fights. Each picture would have a caption describing the activities taking place in the photo, and therefore, would inform the reader on information which he or she did not know previously. The beuty of this concept is that the reader would not try to learn the information and would not know that he or she is being taught this information. The result is a more informed reader!
