Gangs of New York is a historical movie covering the historical events that took place in the mid 19th century in the Five Points districts of New York city. In the movie it has covered the most important historical events that is Draft Riots. The drafts riots were remarkable for the participation of so many different workers. Different gangs were formed. For Irish Catholic industrial worker and laborers the war bought on the political and social change that led to Draft Rioting.
Since, movie covered different historical events and I think it will be more interesting to watch those events in a visual way.
