From Old… to New!!!

Means of communication was difficult during the 17th century. There was no way to communicate with a member from the other side of the town without passing a letter. However, by the late 17th Century, telegraph and telephone were invented which “quickened the pace of communications and made information more accessible than ever before” (Chudacoff 154).

Technology is more advanced in the 21st century compared to the 17th century. Computers replaced telegraphs with their email system, and cell phones long replaced the old system of telephone where there was an operator who connected the phone calls. Newer cell phones contain internet which allow to browse as if it’s a mini computer.
