Out of the Darkness

Community Walk to Promote Suicide Awareness and Prevention

Date: Sunday, October 26, 2014

Time: 10:00am-12:00-pm

Location: Robert F. Wagner Park, 20 Battery Park Place, NY 10280

  • Walk to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
  • Walk to raise money for research and education programs to prevent suicide and save lives
  • Walk to raise awareness about depression and suicide, and provide comfort and assistance to those who have lost someone to suicide.

To join the Baruch College team, register on AFSP’s website by clicking here
You will be given the option to join a team. The Baruch College team is listed towards the end of the drop-down under School Participant Teams. Once registered you can set up your own personal fundraising page. What you raise will be counted towards the team’s goals.
