About the Program
As the Fall 2014 Speaker in the HSBC Student Series on Ethics and Accountability, Professor Robert J. Jackson, Jr. will discuss ways in which he believes the American marketplace falls short of the ideal in the areas of transparency and accountability. Drawing on his experience working on TARP as well as on his academic research and activism, he will address such issues as executive compensation, corporate political spending and shareholder rights in the context of the economic uncertainties of the last several years.

About the HSBC Series
The HSBC Student Series on Ethics and Accountability is a four-part discussion focused on a broad range of current ethical issues in business, finance, government, law, and society. The programs are designed by expert faculty to increase student engagement in business ethics matters. On behalf of Baruch College, the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity thanks HSBC for its generous support.
