wow, my first blog, yay.
Who do I think I am? Well, I think I am an intelligent hardworker who can get discouraged and frustrated at times but still able to beat the many challenges and obstacles in life ( most of the time).
I definitely have some concerns about this year at Baruch. one, I am undecided on what major to pursue and baruch doesnt offer a great variation of majors to choose from. Two, I had an idea of majoring in Math but I am having some problems with calculus and often feel discouraged from going into math because it doesnt make sense to major in a subject you’re not doing well in. Three, though I am used to crowded schools, I would enjoy baruch much more if it was a little less crowded.
Being in college in itself makes the college experience different from the high school experience. But what sets the baruch college experience apart from my high school experience is the many opportunities and activities offered here at Baruch. I’m definitely going to take advantage of them.
My first year at college will definitely make me more mature and open to try new things but with discretion.
