Abstract

Psychedelics are now allowed in several places due to the tremendous influence of the debate over their legality. Because of the advantages they provide, including the treatment of mental diseases including PTSD, depression, and anxiety, psychedelics are permitted in several jurisdictions. Because of this, psychedelics are now used in therapeutic treatments. The use of chemicals and plants that might create hallucinations during psychedelic therapy is used to treat mental health conditions. After being repressed and ignored for a number of decades, psychedelics are currently seeing a rebirth.

This study tries to ascertain the relationship between employee job satisfaction and job stress. Those that are under a lot of stress at work will be less happy with their jobs, which will have an influence on the performance of the organization. In order to give employees a workplace that satisfies and meets their requirements, a business must be aware of their wants. To boost employee productivity, management should instruct staff members on how to cope with stress and find high levels of job satisfaction.
