There are a lot of people eager to travel with friends but always postpone due to worried about no one to take care of plants or pets. Pets are more easier to solve, people can send them to pets store, but how about flowers?  So I come up with a tool to help them automatically water flowers.

we need to prepare:
pumps, tubes, regulators, diverters, timing switches

1. The regulators are stuck on the pipe

2.put one end of the tube in the bucket

3. make a bracket above the flower, wind the pipe along with the bracket,

4.cut a few holes in the pipeline with scissors

5.  turn on the switch, then open the water.

6.We can set the time on a timer before traveling, such as 30 seconds, at 8 pm every day.

Before I get to know the new media, I am confused about one thing. The internet always seems to know what I am thinking, then precisely push the information and news for me. For example, if I searched online about clothing brands, my Facebook, Instagram, and Weibo are all rounded by various fashion brands and expected me to click it. However, after reading the article, I have a deeper understanding of the new media. The reason is because of the numerical and variability of media. The objects of new media are no longer immutable as the old media. The digital coding and modularization of media objects are more diversified. In the old media age, it’s just a set of artificially coded programs, so that everyone sees the same information.
Compared to old media, now every visitor can get their own version. Computers would automatically generate according to the needs and preferences of the audience. They place the ads by predicting our actions, such as which ads we are interested in and what time we watched the videos. In the age of information explosion, Even though we are at the same time, everyone still sees different information. The improvement of the internet might make it easier for marketing to track customers’ needs, to  promote topics of interest to everyone based on their choices, thus increasing sales. In some ways, it also brings convenience to the public. We don’t need to seek the news we want to watch. We can open the mobile phone and get it. However, from another perspective, as a consumer, our every move is also monitored. It seems we stripped naked by others, and we no longer have our privacy.
On the other hand, if every piece of news is targeted according to previous interests, it means that the type of story we see every day is unchanged. If we do not cognitively look for another area of information, our knowledge will frame within a particular area. The development of the age always has two sides; it depends on how we look at it.

Every rule in the article makes me feel I get into a new world. It seems each one is describing my current status. This year I started to learn something about media and how to brand myself through the internet. Last week I tried to film a video and uploaded it on my channel. At the beginning of doing this thing, I had no idea what I should shoot, so I searched online expect to look for how other people do it. I noticed imitating might be the first step for me to start it. At first, I would deny myself because I have no unique ideas and only resemble other people.
After reading the article, I got to know that imitating is also the way because we all start as copycats. That is how we start the thing. Over time, I found my style, the way to speak, the angle to shoot. These are entirely different from other people. The only thing we are the same was that we have the same theme. Everyone is unique. If I did not begin to do it, I never know how I would perform it. I am on the way to make these things mine.
Another view from the article that impressed me is work, work, work. “Keeping work will lead to something.” Since I start to do it, I can not stop thinking about how to improve myself. Even when I lie on the bed, I still think about how to improve it until I fell asleep and filmed in the dream. There is no doubt, the result of keep creating did help me come up with a bunch of new ideas for afterward filming. I believe that was the magic of working. We can survive if we keep working and do all the time.

12. I used to think everyone’s dreams are colorful because all of mine are, but later I heard many people are only have a black and white color.
13. I have a special feeling for an older person. I think this affection may stem from my love for my grandparents.
14. Learning new things or new skills is always exciting for me.
15. Jumping out of the box of life, we might have a different world.
