Stanton Street is located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, it is a short street with a long and interesting history.  Decades ago it was inhabited by German immigrants, then it became more of a Jewish and Italian neighborhood and later, mainly Hispanic. Now the neighborhood is changing again; but, it still retains a lot of the old fixtures, so instead of being completely gentrified it is more of a mixture or blend of three worlds.
