Rockaway Beach was amongst the worst areas affected by Hurricane Sandy. Kelley McGowan, a 21 year old Brooklyn College student, and resident of Rockaway, shares her experience during the storm. McGowan also tells how some of her neighbors will be remembering Sandy on the one year anniversary.
