For the end of the semester project, I would like to make it an extension of the podcast that was made.  Instead of just focusing on the food offered in Flushing, New York, I would like to dig deeper into the culture and tradition of the community.  I want to get to know Flushing now, and compare it to Flushing back then, how the community shifted from one population to another.  I think it would be a very interesting story because people have the opportunity to see how a small community transformed throughout the years.  The kind of multimedia features I can envision producing would definitely be a photo slideshow, an audio slideshow, and/or a podcast.  The people I might interview can be members of the Flushing Bid, the people who have lived in Flushing many years ago, and the new residents of Flushing.
