For my final-project I want to do a “farm-to-market” story, going back to the source of local and organic vegetables/fruits (and maybe also artisan food such as milk-products and baked goods). I would go to a local farm upstate New York to see how they go about their farming practices. This would be presented with a video and photo-slideshow, showing the process that goes into farming, and then show the “final destination” at a farmers markets in New York. I would interview people at the farm and maybe some farmers market customers.
