My idea is to report on the recent change over from comic book shops to a digital distribution.

From my podcast interview with Robert Conte, it became very apparent that he was worried that the comic book market will be more likely to switch into a digital format – as shown in the music and book industry. I will go to other comic book stores around the area and interview them about their concerns about the digital age and the comic book store.

This will be a good project for video, as I can take footage of the shops, store owners and workers – therefore giving viewers a better sense of what these tiny culture shops entail.
