Option 3: Local Issue

The area that I reside in is called Flushing and it contains about 75% Asians in its population and it is fairly a suburban neighborhood.  My idea was to focus on the food scene of Flushing and how it is incrementally growing popular with non-Asian diners.  With so many restaurants, food courts, and snack shops erecting within the community, what is attracting the new flock of outer area diners from different areas of New York City?  What restaurants are attracting them and how did they find out about these restaurants?
