MONOLOGUE!!!: funny moment

So my foot is tapping in anxiety along with the seconds ticking away at the hands of the clock. Nine periods a day is way too long for a school day. Well what are you going to do when your a high school freshman. DINGGGGG! DINGGGG! The damn bell finally rung. Thank god it’s Friday! My best friend and I shoot up out of our seats to head to the door. Going into that hallway you were blinded by every shade of pink and red. Oh yes! It was Valentines Day. Huge teddy bears in some hands. Flowers and chocolate in other hands. And you would be more than lucky if you didn’t get entangled and beaten by a couple of balloons. We ran to our lockers on the sixth floor because the thought of leaving the building excited every freshman. Little did I know in my senior year, even though I came out early, I couldn’t help but stay in the damn building. I fumbled around with my combination lock is it  19 left? 29 right? 36 left? DAMMIT! KIAH! OPEN IT FOR ME! I really hated combination locks for a while. I got my coat out and slammed it back. We ran to the bathroom filled with cheap Victoria secret sprays and tangles weaves and knotted Spanish hair. Well I mean I had to check my self out too. Man i miss those days, 15 pounds lighter! Red sweater? Pink sweater…IDK i don’t remember anymore! We hopped on the first elevator down to the first floor because the stairways at the end of the day was packed with noisy, rude incompetent children. Hugs and kisses was the normal routine at a Fashion High school every time you seen a friend. Outside was so cold and nasty out. Dirty slushy snowy streets of manhattan. I had on black suede slippery shoes. Very genius plan but who cared it made my outfit awesome. We walked towards the 23rd street crosstown bus that I usually got on everyday. My eyes shot open realizing that it was waiting there so i gave my quick goodbyes and decided to make a run for it. BAD IDEA! I tip toed in a fast pace across the street and as I got to the corner BAMMM! I fell on my left side. Not even concerned who saw or who laughed, i got up and continued to run and I made the bus. I start breathing heavily and take a seat. BZZZ BZZZ BZZZ My phone is vibrating in my pocket. I watched the screen that lit up “Bestii Kiiah” (Yea writing like that used to be cute) I answered and the loudest laughter clouded my ears. Till this day when she tells the story her best impersonation follows right after.
