Derrick Rose. The 2011 NBA MVP of the year. After being out for the past two seasons due to severe ACL tear injury in his left knee, he was poised for greatness in his comeback. Pre season stats he was doing particularly well, scoring points, playing what seemed to be more efficiently than he ever played before. It seemed for a moment that Derrick Rose never left. But on November 22, as Rose was playing against the the Portland Trailblazers, he tore his MCL in his right knee, leaving him again out for another season. The future of both the player and The Chicago Bulls are uncertain.
