This 2008 documentary has brought such a past emotion to see what my early 2000s to see how remixes are developed into the modern years, especially for the new generations. My thoughts that this documentary is declaring that remix from past songs and mashing up those lyrics and tones, and sound to develop a new beat and dance into those in clubs, radio, websites, and social media. I see the reason behind copyrights needing to declare those rights from the original company who created those songs and sound of art noise. Adding Napster from a college student, lending users to use this company for free to consumers to downloading music from the internet without knowing if it impact copyrights companies. It is insane have children imprison and guilty innocent individuals because of using Napster and wanting to control over their copyrights/record companies for the future generations that the court understand it is illegal. It is disgusting how the Supreme Court can declare anyone who is using songs and/or audio to develop new sound without permission to be used. For example, the documentary had mentioned a priest that has a share computer for the family and was questioned if he has download anything illegal and had told the lawmakers that he has children with friends and goes on the computer every now and then. He was told even your children can be penalize by download songs from the computer for free. That has sicken me, imagine having that conversation to my children that they might be in trouble and debt for being a CHILD using a computer.
