  1. It is interesting that you focus your question on a defined age group in a specific geographic location. Daily exercise, something that is considered positive in general, would certain have some distinguishing effects on middle-aged males in the United States compared to just everyone in general. The question is certainly worth looking into. However, my only question is, how does the research question relate to the topic of Information Technology?

The comment above is not an expert opinion and may be subjected to mistake. Please consider it with your own judgment. Thank you.

Maybe you meant somethingelse but I also think that it is not related to the Information technology. For the question itself I think you can specify the exercise for example jogging or sports. I think you should relate the question to the information techonology.

    Yo Moosa!
You might want to think about rephrasing the question like how does information technology affect daily exercise for middle aged male health, something like that. That’s really it, peace!

I think this question is valid in the sense that the world could do something with it: like the results of a study to this effect would be useful to a good number of people (middle-aged males…). However, I’m not sure that it ties directly into Information Ethics as the question stands. Maybe you mean something to do with how information about daily exercising and the accessibility (or lack thereof) affects middle-aged men’s health?
That’s all I can say, but I don’t think you should completely abandon the topic. Like I said, there’s a purpose behind it!

  5. Your classmates are right to note that the question has no connection with information technology or information ethics. I’m going to add that you’ll definitely need to fix this. Maybe you could do find a question that relates to how middle aged males in the US act in response to health information they hear or read about. Are men as consistent in addressing health issues as women? If not, does information play a role in that? Or maybe you can think of some other way that health, information, and middle aged men intersect. Be creative!
