You have a nice question. maybe you can cut out the “advertising tools” and just look into Adwords, or any one specific ad service Google provides. Or, maybe you can compare the different ad services in Google? You can also extend the question by answering: help them obtain maximum exposure to whom? Hope this helped you. ☺
Kristina, I think the issue is not so much how much the companies “trust” Google’s AdWords program (which is not something you can really measure or find an answer to) but to what extent they have moved away from other online advertising systems in favor of Google’s. I think there are a lot of interesting questions that can be developed in the topic area of Google AdWords. As you learn more about it through your own reading, I am confident that you’ll find a more specific topic or aspect of it that will generate an interesting research question.
