I think you can improve this question by going into more depth about the information that is stored on Google’s servers regarding all the searches. Think about wheather or not the information anonymous? Is the information indexed? What’s it used for?

Yevgeniy asks some good questions. Before you settle on a question, you’ll want to make sure you have given some thought to what you mean by privacy exactly (please see my blog posts here over the past few weeks pointing to articles and websites about privacy). Also, you need to specify who you are speaking for when you say “our.” Do you mean to focus on Americans? New Yorkers? Hardcore users of Google? Casual users of Google?
