    Could you go more specific and more indepth with the research topic as in what type of business or parts of the united states?

    Hello Chris!
    We have a similar question ! I feel that you should target a specific business world maybe marketing or even specific companies and write how there advertising have affected the United States economy. Also, I feel like you can change the wording a little bit so it shows that you have some background information and will like to elaborate on it. Hope it helps !

    I agree with Danny and Maria. I think you should definately specify what type of business you want to focus on. I think creating a map like we did in class could help pick some sub-topics to branch off from “business.”

    Your classmates have some great suggestions (especially the one that wonders if you might want to focus on how AdWords has affected just one kind of business). Maybe there is one industry that has really benefited from AdWords. For example, about five years ago it was news that trial lawyers were using AdWords to locate potential clients for lawsuits against companies whose products caused a rare form of cancer (mesothelioma). These lawyers were paying top dollar for the words they wanted Google to use to trigger ads for their firms on the right side of search results pages. I wonder what industry spends the most money buying AdWords from Google? I wonder what industries have made the most money via their use of the AdWords program?
