Good question but I think you can still narrow it down a bit more. Try being more specific, like who does it reflect upon? That’s about the only advice I can think of giving, your research question is almost right on.
This is a pretty specific question but I think you can narrow it down even further. Maybe you should include some types of incriminating queries in the actual question. This could possibly make your research a lot easier because you would have only a couple of queries to focus on.
Your question is definitely more specific now. I like that you focused on incriminating queries as that seems like an interesting topic. However i think that you still need to go in dept with what you mean regarding “privacy policies”.
This is a minor improvement from your earlier question. I was expecting to see more work specifying what you were talking about. Is “trusted” really the word you want? What does it mean exactly to “trust” Google? Do you mean users have no reason to be afraid of what Google will do with their search queries? In your final draft of this question, you’ll want to spell this out more and be more specific about what action/behavior you’re interested in.
Another language problem you’ll need to address can be found in your phrase “incriminating queries.” Can you give an example? Incriminating in what way? In a way that would bring a police investigation? a FBI investigation? a Homeland Security investigation? an investigation by your employer? an investigation by your insurance company that wants to prove you knew about a pre-existing medical condition before you signed up for their health plan? something else? You must be more precise here.
And you talking about Google’s responses to requests for data or are you thinking about Google maybe tipping off some authorities about suspicious or worrisome search queries? You’ll need to make the whole scenario more clear in your final question.
