To what extent is Google allowing privacy rights in educational software distributed to students and faculty using Google apps?

I think the research to this question might be a little too informational. It might simply need reports on their security and privacy page to answer the question. It is however really focused on the type of service as well as the audience being affected. The idea of having ‘privacy rights’ is a little unclear when it comes to the internet.
I think your approach on focusing on Google apps is a great idea. However I’m unclear on what you fully mean when you say “privacy rights”. Also i dont fully understand how privacy rights and software distribution coincides.
I think Chris and Sherif did a good job of pointing out the lack of clarity in your question. What exactly does it mean to “allow” privacy rights? Is privacy actually a “right?” Is that really the word you mean? What educational software are you talking about exactly? Please speak with me before or after class about your question, as I think a conversation about it would quickly clarify what you meant to say.
