Hey, this is really good! I see a major improvement from your first draft. Everything in this is clear and specific. You even specified what the students that are censored from google are studying. Great job, i have no critiques!
This question seems pretty good and I do agree with Chris about seeing much improvement. Just one thing you might want to consider is being more specific of what China censored. For example, did they censor Google as a whole just their maps? The second part of this question you seemed to do a really good job on being specific and really narrowing it down.

This is a good improvement from your last question. I think you made this as specific as possible and I find your topic very interesting. I don’t think I would change anything about it. Like Chris said you even specified the topic of study of Chinese college students, good work!

Nice job! My only suggestion would be to have you clarify where that academic information is. I assume that you mean academic information that can be found via general search engines, but I think you need to mention that in your question.
