These four walls bind me
but I am elsewhere.
These four walls control me
but my mind is elsewhere.
These four walls crush me
but my spirit is elsewhere.
How can solid concrete
stop me from being
the creation that I am?
How can cement and plaster
stop my mind
from expanding and creating?
Can iron and steel stop
God’s Spirit and mine from connecting?
I am here,
but you can not
make me one inch taller or two inches wider.
I am here,
but my mind runs free
through the sky and my thoughts dance on clouds.
I am here,
but God’s love warms me
and I continually bow before Him
only.
I stand before you.
I’d love to see you post a little commentary–in a subsequent post or even in a comment to the post–on some of the creative work that you’re posting, such as the two poems you recently posted and the take on The Metamorphosis. Are these original pieces written by you? What were your ideas, intentions, etc by posting these? Go “meta” on these posts a little. I’d love to hear you talk about them, maybe put them into the context of your blog theme.
Dear Christopherclemente,
Thanks for the above Individuals interested in purchasing a car may opt to buy a used car to cut down on costs. It is essential to know about the history of a used car in order to avoid unnecessary complications in future. Most buyers depend on information provided by previous owners on several issues like damages, theft, insurance matters and so on. Vehicles are provided with VIN or vehicle identification number that is used by authorities to register any incidents related to the vehicle. Various online services provide information that enables potential buyers to run a check and present reports on the car title history with the help of VIN.
All the Best
