Hello my name is Goutam Sarkar. I am indroducing my concept of  simply convert food waste to rich, organic, fertile soil. It really sound so simple.

The service process starts out with providing special bins to the clients for their food waste, which we will collect them twice a week in our trucks. We will take these bins to our decomposition site for the organic soil conversion process. Then, all our finished products will be delivered to farmers and gardening stores.

We have two different types of customers which are our suppliers, who will provide us with the food waste, as they use our waste management service. They are mainly restaurants, fast food chains, supermarkets and delis. The other type of customers includes mainly farmers who will be buying our finished product, organic soil.  Please feel free to give your comment and views on this idea.
