Pew Research Institute has done a study in 2012 that shows that the drop put rate for Latino students is at the lowest level it has ever been. More Hispanics are finishing their high school educations and also noticing the necessity of continuing onto college. Although this is a major achievement for our communities there is still a lag in the amount of graduates from four-year institutions.
