The purpose of this page is to share examples of service and production operations management in the popular media including articles, case studies, books, and video. Intended primarily for students and practitioners, most references are more “popular” and less “academic” in nature.
Earlier in my teaching career, I would include these references in the last page of my lecture notes, but then decided circa 2009-2010 to aggregate references in one place: here!
