Dr. Will Millhiser is an Associate Professor of Management at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, the City University of New York (CUNY). He teaches Operations Management to executive, MBA, and BBA audiences. Dr. Millhiser’s background is in industrial engineering and operations research, with particular expertise in the science of how we model decisions under risk and uncertainty. He has been at CUNY since 2006, and before that was a visiting assistant professor of operations at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, where he also received his PhD. He resides in the Chelsea section of NYC with his family.
