Usually I’m someone who loves to read books, and I even have a small library of my own. When I came across this reading, at first I was quite lost in all honesty. I wasn’t sure on what to focus on, or what to start writing about. I was quite lost on how to approach this reading but then I realized, that’s the whole point of the book.
When it comes to books in general, they have a whole layout they follow but the unique thing about this book is that it creates a new rule that a book doesn’t always have to be just words plastered on a page. I find it intriguing how there’s an emphasis on the pictures, it makes me think a lot about what the authors thought of process was, or what made the author select this specific picture.
One of the things that caught my attention was the following line,
“We have now become aware of the possibility of
arranging the entire human environment as a work
of art”
In a way, everything around us is some sort of an art. This line really shows us that everywhere we look, we can find art. Whether it’s the trees, the clouds, even our fingertips or buildings. All of these aspects are some sort of an art, all we need to do is look closer and see them. All you need to do is look through a different perspective.
