My humble words:
The guided tour was one of the most enriching and fun experiences in the project as being creative and at the same time assertive during the recording became quite an experience. I found relatively easy to navigate through my locations using the subway as I had previously planned. It was surprising to actually experience in person the socioeconomic change you experience as you walk through different neighbors of New York. In fact, during my last visit at around 10pm to El Museo del Barrio, it was necessary to hide the camera and phones as my godfather and I were scared as we walk throughout the projects and saw people that were up to no good. However, this was part of the experience! I personally wouldn’t change anything about my tour. At times at had technical issues. I do however, wish I would of have received the change to interact with actors or workers of the locations. However, most of them did not cooperate to be filmed or even speak to me.
