My name is Wendy Overstreet.   I am 39 years young.  This is the year that I will turn the big ‘4’-‘0’.

My background as a military child in Germany and Virginia, working as a professional model in NY, Milan, London and Cape Town, a yoga teacher, and an e-commerce business owner in Japan have all shaped who I am today.  After 10 years in Japan, I moved to New York at the end of 2015. When I tell people that I have two kids, work full-time as a recruiter and HR assistant for a private Jewish school in Brooklyn, and go to school for my Bachelor’s in Business, they often respond with “I don’t know how you do it.”

My answer: “I don’t know.  I just do it.  I have some good apps on my phone and my kids wash the dishes.”

My friends are pretty awesome too.  When I have spare time, I dance and laugh with my kids, enjoy music with my friends, and sleep.
