The First-Year Writing and Great Works Programs at Baruch College seek submissions for the upcoming issue of Pedagogy in Praxis. We invite essays on all issues related to teaching. We prefer work grounded in theory but with a practical application—case studies from your classes are welcomed, and essays are generally written in the first person. The journal publishes quarterly, and submissions are rolling. Please submit full articles of 1000-1500 words as Word documents for review by editors. With any questions about preferred spelling and grammatical conventions, review our house style guide here.
You may wish to visit the journal site for examples of past articles. We also encourage you to reach out to the editor about article ideas at any time. Attach submissions to your email as a Word doc to [email protected] with the subject line: Pedagogy in Praxis Submission, [Your Name].
