So far I’ve posted a workout for every fitness level! let me know what you guys think. Is it to easy, to hard. And also, if you don;t understand how to do an exercise because my instructions are terrible, (which they probably are) just feel free to tell me and i’ll post a video or some pictures. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello and thank you for taking the time out to check out my blog! We all know the lengths people will go to getting a great body. Plastic surgery, outrageous gym memberships, exercise equipment that collect dust, crazy diets, etc. But now all that is going to change. This blog is dedicated to providing valuable information about workouts that you can do without spending a single cent. Everyday i will be posting a different set of workouts that will put your ENTIRE body to the test. Each exercise in a workout will come with a detailed description or pictures so you’ll always know what to do and you can;t make any excuses. And don’t worry, i will have a daily post for each fitness level, beginner, intermediate, and expert, so everybody will have something to gain by visiting us.
I really hope you guys enjoy what i have to offer and i also hope you guys join me in my mission in helping people lose some pounds off their belly rather than pounds off their wallets.
