Hey my name is Eli Levi, i’m a senior at Baruch College and the founder of Poor Guy Workouts. Although i am no fitness gurus, i’ve belonged to 4 gyms, have been working out for 10 years, and i also have access to fantastic personal trainers because my mom owns a pilates studio. I may not know what i’m talking about, but i’ve learned so much over the years that i feel like i need to share with the world. When i see people paying upwards of $100 on workouts like “p90x” and “Insanity” I think to myself that they are robbing people blind. Poor Guy Workouts will change your life forever. No more magic pills, fancy diets, expensive machines, or memberships to gyms you’ll never go to. When you visit my blog you will have a new workout to do every single day. I believe keeping things fresh and shocking your body by never doing the same thing twice is the best way to get results. Again, im no expert, but i do believe that if you do one of my workouts everyday, you’ll get the results you are so desperate for.
