I had fun writing this short paper. I really enjoy writing so it never really seems like school work when a professor asks me to write something. My writing is definitely not perfect, so I always find it a huge help when I can send a draft of my paper to my professor before it is due to get some feedback.
I chose to write about a quote from The Medium is the Massage. I find quotes the easiest and most interesting thing for me to write about. I really enjoy taking them apart and really dissecting them to find its true meaning. Once I learned more about the author of the quote I chose it was easy to relate it to McLuhan. You really have to know what you are writing about, you can’t just pick up a pen and go. That’s also another thing I tend to do when writing, I always do my first draft in pen, then I open up my laptop. I need to do my writing in steps, so I know how I got to my final draft.
I find it very interesting that someone is still doing a paper with pen!
