Long Run+Tempo Run+Intervals

A balanced workout plan consists of three major types of runs.
1. Long Runs are usually considered a recovery run ranging in distance from about 20-30% of your weekly mileage.
For Beginners: Go out for a 5k Run and try to keep a 10 minute pace. If you have to stop and walk do so, but try and keep it as minimal as possible, like a minute or so.
