Nia Brown received her Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Baruch College, Masters of Science in Mathematics Education from St. John’s University, and she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Education Administration and Supervision at St. John’s University as a Doctoral Fellow. During her undergraduate studies, Nia studied abroad in Ghana, China and completed an education internship in India during her graduate studies. Before beginning her Doctoral Fellowship, Nia worked as a mathematics teacher for the NYCDOE , and taught mathematics at Queensborough Community College and Baruch College. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and growing her nonprofit organization.
