I came from Russia, people their use technology more and more even though it is still not that easy to find WI-FI everywhere. In terms of regular users most of the people there have computers and smartphones, a lot of them use different kinds of social networks, not only Facebook but two other Russian social networks are very popular too: Odnoklassniki.ru and VK.ru. They also use not only Google or Yahoo as a search engine but Yandex.ru.
